Built From Real Struggles
We started wobelitopirakora in 2018 because we kept seeing the same problem everywhere—businesses making money but running out of cash anyway. That disconnect between profit and actual cash availability frustrated us, so we decided to do something practical about it.
How We Got Here
Started in a small Launceston office with three people and one simple goal—help local businesses track their cash better. We built our first dashboard in six weeks after talking to dozens of struggling business owners who were tired of complicated software.
The pandemic hit and suddenly everyone needed better cash flow visibility. We adapted our tools fast, adding weekly forecasting features that helped clients navigate the uncertainty. That year taught us the value of building flexible systems.
Expanded across Tasmania and into mainland Australia. By this point we'd worked with over 200 businesses and learned that every industry has its own cash flow quirks. Retail operates differently than construction, which operates differently than hospitality.
Launched our collaborative features after clients kept asking for ways to involve their accountants and bookkeepers directly. Turned out that breaking down information silos made everyone's job easier and improved decision-making significantly.
Now supporting businesses across Australia with practical cash flow tools that actually get used. We're focused on building features that solve real problems rather than chasing every new trend that comes along.
What Matters To Us
Clarity Over Complexity
Financial data doesn't need to be confusing. We strip away jargon and present information in ways that make sense for day-to-day decisions. If you need to open a manual to understand your cash position, something's wrong with the tool.
Built For Actual Use
Software that sits unused helps nobody. We design features people actually open every week because they provide genuine value. That means saying no to flashy additions that look impressive in demos but complicate real workflows.
Honest Feedback Loops
Our best ideas come from listening to the people using our tools daily. We run quarterly feedback sessions and actually implement suggestions that make practical sense. Sometimes that means admitting when we got something wrong initially.
Sustainable Growth
We're not chasing hockey-stick growth charts or trying to become the next unicorn startup. Steady, sustainable development lets us focus on building quality rather than rushing features out the door to hit arbitrary metrics.
The People Behind wobelitopirakora
Our team combines practical finance experience with technical know-how. We've all worked in environments where poor cash visibility caused real problems, so we understand what businesses need from these tools.

Marlow Chen
Operations Director
Spent eight years in retail management before joining wobelitopirakora in 2019. She knows firsthand how seasonal cash flow swings can make or break a quarter, and brings that practical perspective to everything we build.

Birdie Lawson
Client Success Lead
Former accountant who got tired of explaining the same cash flow concepts repeatedly to different clients. Now she helps businesses implement systems that answer their questions before they need to ask.
Where We're Headed
We're working on enhanced forecasting tools for late 2025 that will help businesses model different scenarios more easily. Think "what if we hire two more people" or "what if that big client payment gets delayed" type questions.
There's also a collaborative learning program launching in autumn 2026 where businesses can share practical strategies with each other. Cash flow management gets easier when you learn from others who've faced similar challenges.
But mostly, we're committed to staying focused on the fundamentals—helping businesses understand where their money is, where it's going, and what decisions they can make with confidence. Everything else is secondary to that core purpose.
